I've always been a big fan of these bin organizers. They fit nicely into a closet, or along a wall somewhere.
But my newest favorite thing is a hardware organizer. We got ours for $5 at Home Depot, originally to contain the multiple microscopic pieces of the newest girl fad: Rainbow Loom bracelets.
Then of course my youngest daughter wanted in on the goods, so we got one for her- and it works perfect for storing all of her tiny little dolls, and their super tiny pets, and super super tiny accessories. When the doll is only 2 inches tall, you can imagine how small her tea cup is! But don't lose that teacup or you will regret it. Trust me.
My favorite part of this particular organizer is that it snaps shut to become super slim for storage, or it can become portable!
We've also finally entered the world of building sets with teeny tiny pieces that are all different. It's absolutely impossible to build unless you can find exactly what you need, and nothing is more frustrating than digging through a huge bin of mixed up pieces.
So- hardware organizer to the rescue!
This process made my OCD extremely happy.
I'm now on the hunt for any and all things in our home that have tiny pieces and need to belong in one of these organizers. I'm obsessed.
What's your best teeny tiny toy organizing strategy?
