I am pretty sure that I already posted a long time ago about how I wanted to wall pockets like this as an option for mail and incoming paperwork. Then I must have dropped the idea in lieu of my home binder system.

But you guys, the school paperwork...it's STILL out of control, so I'm thinking about re-visiting this option. One pocket for each kid, or maybe one pocket for "to be attended to" and one for "complete" because right now our system for dealing with papers that are in need of action is to put them on the kitchen counter.

Don't mind my wrinkled, grease stained, holey medical documents. They are still usable right?  In my defense, half of the damage occurred in the car courtesy of a spilled water bottle in the car on the way home from back to school physicals...but the rest happened courtesy of spending a week or more on a counter where they had no business being. We're making great impressions with our teachers already, one ruined piece of paperwork at a time!
