Fabulous Fall Decor

I was goofing around on Facebook the other day when my friend Jen posted some pictures of her home's Fall decorations. And after looking through the pictures, I was instantly smitten and jealous- and told her that I was dying to show off her stuff on my blog. (And anyone that follows me on Twitter knows I've been on a major Fall Decor kick lately!)

My favorite thing about her decorations is the way that she takes the beautiful focal points of her home (such as the exposed brick interior wall and the olive green sideboard) and makes them shine through her decorations, rather than compete for attention.

I love all of the little jars of Fall "things," and this is such a cute idea for the fireplace!

Doesn't it all look great and just make you feel like cozying up and drinking a mug of hot apple cider?

So...how does your house look for Fall? Do you have even one little picture you want to share with me? I'm cutting it a little close on Halloween/Pumpkin type decorations, but I would love to showcase some more Fall Harvest/Thanksgiving decor (and definitely winter and Holiday decor when we get to that point)....so email me (cleansmartsimple@live.com) and I can feature you!

  1. :) I am getting excited to do winter decorations. I have a hard time finding decorations that are not geared towards Christmas/Santa/Christmas trees (and really, even being Jewish, silver and blue are not my thing) so it's fun to find WINTER decor that fits winter, and not holidays. Thanks for this lady, made me smile fo' sho'.

  2. Fall is my favorite season. I love the deep, rich hues. I put up my fall decor just this past weekend... very little Halloween stuff though, so it will last through November.
